Meeting the Third Tuesday of the Month at the Janet Goeske Senior Center, 6:30-9pm, in Riverside, CA
Quilting that doesn't have to be exact, more primitive style.
Using wool and appliqué, in a primitive like quilt with homespuns.
I always thought Folk Art looked like what I did when I first started sewing. Beginning crooked stitches, out of shape appliques, leftover miss-matched fabric, bits and pieces of wool, buttons, and felt. Put it altogether and it looked pretty.
Random.org says our winner is Laura! See me at the next meeting, Laura, for your book. Call me if you won't be there.
