Versatile foot demystified

This is worth a look-see.  Lots of uses for a machine foot I hardly use.  I'll be using it more.

Happy quilting and sewing.  I can see using it for stitch in the ditch in my next quilt.  And thanks Nikki Roberts for bringing this to our attention.

    Thanks! Yep, I've got this presser foot and use it for stitch in the ditch.

    LOL - Yes, Chris. You are right one can use one's first name. I found I have #5 instead of #10. Does anyone know anything about 5?

    I'll have to check that out. Looks similar but doesn't look like I can have the needle in the middle.

    I have both the #5 and #10. Thanks for sharing the video link as a refresher. The difference seems to be that the center guide goes back farther on the 5. In the Bernina booklet, it is listed for the blind hem stitch. I would move my needle down slowly by hand wheel to be sure it misses the guide. Then move it again for the next parallel line. That should work.
