In May, we are having a workshop by Marguerite Tate of Redlands. Marguerite teaches a simplified form of applique and the art of embellishment. She also makes the most darling pincushion - so creative and fun. I saw them at the Hemet show this year and they were so cute! Go here and here to learn more about Marguerite and her work. Both posts are from a member of the Antelope Valley Quilt Association Guild - they had Marguerite come twice in the same year, they enjoyed her work so much. So you won't want to miss this one.

I'll post later with more projects choices. Essentially, it is $20 for the class plus $10 - $35 for the kits. Extra embellishment supplies are available for $2 - $3. Background is separate, $15 each, but you can bring your own. Sign-ups will begin at the April meeting.
